Product Information
The underfloor heating cables are compatible with all mains-voltage underfloor heating controllers, allowing independent adjustment of floor and air temperatures. It's essential to avoid placing the cables directly under furniture unless there is a 50mm air gap underneath for effective heat dispersal. When installing, the cables can be secured to the floor using a cable carrier mat (anti-fracture membrane) or masking/double-sided tapes, which must be purchased separately.

Meteor Electrical Limited will accept returns up until 14 days after dispatch date on the conditions

- The materials contain all original documentation (instructions, manuals, warranties or any other literature)
- Product is deemed by our returns department to be in a re-sellable condition
All refunds are made to the same payment method used originally to place the order (e.g. VISA Card) - unless specifically requested otherwise.
Faulty Products
- Products that are faulty must be returned within the manufacturer’s warranty period.
- The complete product must be returned, unless previously agreed by Meteor Electrical in writing; incomplete items of parts may not be returned.
