Meteor Electrical Limited will accept returns up until 14 days after dispatch date on the conditions
- The Goods are in all original packaging
- The materials contain all original documentation (instructions, manuals, warranties or any other literature)
- Product is deemed by our returns department to be in a re-sellable condition
All refunds are made to the same payment method used originally to place the order (e.g. VISA Card) - unless specifically requested otherwise.
Faulty Products
- Products that are faulty must be returned within the manufacturer’s warranty period.
- The complete product must be returned, unless previously agreed by Meteor Electrical in writing; incomplete items of parts may not be returned.
- Products within the manufacturers specific warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or a refund given at the discretion of the Manufacture.

Yes, this downlight is very easy to installed. No screws are required as the connector block is spring loaded therefore, the cable is pushed in easily and it is clamped automatically.
Yes, Red Arrow’s Fire Rated Twist and Lock GU10 Downlight is fire rated. The downlight is tested to BS 476 Part 21, 22 and 23. It is suitable for 30, 60 and 90 minute fire rated ceilings.
This downlight is very popular within the commercial industry. It is used for education providers, leisure centers and residentials.
The lamp is not included with the FGGWDC. The following bulbs can be used with the downlight:

The Fire Rated Twist and Lock Downlight has a IP rating of 20. This means the downlight will be resistant to dust and objects that are over 12mm in size. The IP20 rating doesn’t protect against water therefore the downlight would be damaged if in contact with water. This downlight would be use for indoor use only as the IP20 rating wouldn’t provide the protection for external use and the weather conditions.
Red Arrow provides a 1 Year warranty on the Fire Rated Twist and Lock Downlight. The warranty is valid from the date is it purchased.
