Note that it's vital to ensure that the mains supply is isolated during installation. For maximum clarity, please refer to the circuit diagram supplied with the product. Bare earth cables must always be covered with the suitable sleeving and wired to earth terminals. Please also note that pre-fabricating wiring systems complying to BS 8488 from other manufacturers may not be compatible and inter-connectable with this system safely. Possible dangerous compatibility between different manufactures installation coupler systems is not automatically prevented by compliance with IEC 61535.

Meteor Electrical Limited will accept returns up until 14 days after dispatch date on the conditions
- The Goods are in all original packaging
- The materials contain all original documentation (instructions, manuals, warranties or any other literature)
- Product is deemed by our returns department to be in a re-sellable condition
All refunds are made to the same payment method used originally to place the order (e.g. VISA Card) - unless specifically requested otherwise.
Faulty Products
- Products that are faulty must be returned within the manufacturer’s warranty period.
- The complete product must be returned, unless previously agreed by Meteor Electrical in writing; incomplete items of parts may not be returned.
