Cancellations and Returns
Meteor Electrical Limited will accept returns up until 14 days after dispatch date on the conditions
- The Goods are in all original packaging
- The materials contain all original documentation (instructions, manuals, warranties or any other literature)
- Product is deemed by our returns department to be in a re-sellable condition
All refunds are made to the same payment method used originally to place the order (e.g. VISA Card) - unless specifically requested otherwise.
Faulty Products
- Products that are faulty must be returned within the manufacturer’s warranty period.
- The complete product must be returned, unless previously agreed by Meteor Electrical in writing; incomplete items of parts may not be returned.
- Products within the manufacturers specific warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or a refund given at the discretion of the Manufacture.
Frequently Asked Questions
The HS/FW is designed to have a white finish. The downlight is used to provide a clean appearance to the light fixture.
The HS/FW downlight are commonly used in kitchens, living rooms and hallways. It shouldn’t be installed in bathrooms and outdoors as the IP20 rating doesn’t protect the light fixture against water.
The lamp isn’t included. It is recommended to use the GU10 LED lamps. This is sold separately.
The HS/FW downlight is designed to have a fixed bezel which cannot move. Whereas the HS/TW has a tilt angle feature which allows the user to tilt the bezel.
The HS/FW downlight is included with:
- Pre-wired Ceramic Lamp Holder.
- Cable Connection Terminal Block.
- Half-bridge and Lamp Retention Spring Clip.
The HS/FW is manufactured to have IP20 rating. IP20 ratings protects the downlight against dust. However, the IP20 rating isn’t protected from water.
The HS/FW downlight has a 1 Year Guarantee which provides the downlight with protection if there are damages and faults in the product.
